We were told the waiting time would be 45 minutes, but we ended up waiting for over 2 hours. After waiting that long, instead of apologizing, the manager rudely told us to leave the restaurant. This was completely unacceptable and very disrespectful. The staff lacked basic manners and customer service skills. One of the oldest and good food quality restaurant near City pride theater,,,most of customers are family customers, ...they have open sitting area plus they have AC sitting area ..and plus they have rooftop area... And for childrens they are childrens play area also which is very useful for families... The servicing personal needs training as we sat near the service counter the person was handg over the items from counter only instead of serving in the plates which has put us in ackward position and image of your hotel is tornishing.
